Looking for 1 more roommate! Cute house ~20 minutes from URI main campus!

Looking to fill 1-2 remaining bedrooms in the cute 4 bed/2 full bath home we are renting for the 2026-2027 academic year! The rent would be $900 per room if all 4 bedrooms are used and $1000 per room if filling 3. The home is fully furnished... including patio/porch furniture and features free in-unit laundry, window air conditioners for each room, and a smart TV in the living area. Off-street parking fits 4 cars. Peaceful neighborhood in the Harbour Island area of Narragansett that is also just a ~5-minute drive to groceries, Marshall's/Homegoods, gas stations, restaurants. About a 20-minute drive to the URI main campus! Landlady and landlord are kind and attentive.
