Room available: January until May 2026 -Shared House with Grad Students (South Kingstown, Narrow River Area)

Hi! We are six German graduate students (3m, 3f) going to URI for this academic year currently living together around 10 minutes from campus... . One of our roommates will be moving out in early January 2026, so we are looking for someone to take over the room until the end of the lease on May 9, 2026.

- Rent: around $950/month (including utilities)
- Move-in: December/January (exact date flexible)
- Household: you would be living with us five other grad students (international, all from Germany), friendly, clean, student vibe
- 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plenty of parking
