3 bedroom furnished home on beautiful Narrow River

This is traditionally a "by the week" vacation rental during the summer months and also spring and Fall. I aml ooking to rent for a 6 month period from approximately Nov 1, 2025 to May 1, 2026.... Everything you see in photos comes with this rental. All needed are your personal belongs!

The house as gas heat (forced hot air). Uilities are not included (heat, electric, wifi) Yard work, snow removal, and trash pickup are included.

Cottage is turn key and comes with kayaks, canoes, SUPs, bikes and a shed filled with recreational gear for the beach, yard and river!
This is a private, quiet, and exceptionally clean and cozy home!
Only 15feet from the river's edge; swim, crab, fish, kayak right in front of this house!
Great location only minutes by car from the ocean, Newport, URI.
Enjoy sunrises ,kayaking, fishing and wildlife right from the front yard.
5 min by car to ocean (Narragansett Pier), 20 to Newport, 10 to URI!
If you enjoy wildlife you will love this home!
