SAND HILL COVE- Neat, clean and WALK to the Beach!!! Comfortable size house with 2 baths, large private deck with table and ample chairs, ample off street parking, kitchen with granite counters, microwave, stove, fridge, ample utensils, hardwood... floors, central air and washer/dryer. Living room has a large 55 inch HDTV, High Speed Internet/ WiFi through out the house. Walk to restaurants, pubs, famous Iggy's dough boys and Chowder House, Aunt Carries Restaurant, ice cream, pizza and more. Galilee is only a mile away with Ferry service and even more restaurants. The furnishing are all in good condition including nice beds for a good night sleep with 3 bedrooms on second floor with full bath and 1 bedroom on first floor with 1 full baths and laundry.

Looking for 2026 Spring Semester Rental. Willing to rent to 3 students if unable to have 4. Possible 2026/2027 Full Academic year rental.

The house is fully furnished and no additional furniture is allowed without owner permission. We'd be open to laundry bins and a desk for each bedroom. No rearranging of furniture or hanging anything.

The neighborhood is very quiet, with mostly year round residents, so no parties of any sorts are allowed. Each renter is only allowed 1 visitor and overnights are limited to weekends only, with no more than 2 nights with a max of 8 nights per month. Parents and family excluded, but notice must be given.
