The listing is for a furnished single bedroom in my home, however you would have access to the whole home except other bedrooms and owners bathroom. The listing includes a large upstairs bedroom with queen size bed, large dresser and closet, access... to private bathroom with shower and tub, and upstairs laundry room. The home has four bedrooms upstairs, two and a half baths, garage, private back deck, outdoor shower, and home theater in the basement. Ten minute drive to URI, walk to town, YMCA, Rec center and dog park, bike to beaches and URI on bike path. The condition of this rental includes some pet sitting. I have a sweet nine year old small dog who loves her home and woods behind her home. I have recently taken a job that has me traveling a lot and would need someone to care for my dog when I am traveling. I have friends and family close by that could coordinate with you to take over dog care if you also need to be gone when I am gone. I will know my travel schedule in advance so we could plan ahead.
