Quiet Family Home

Quiet home 1 mile from campus. Two seperate bedrooms for rent in a single family house. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths on a quiet residential street. 2023 new HVAC, fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and whole-house back-up generator. You will be sharing... the house with a mechanical engineering graduate student. This is our family home and the engineering student is our son. It will be the three of you sharing the whole home. We know the neighbors, live here all summer, and respect the neighborhood. If you are looking for a quiet home base, with all amenities at a fixed price, this might be your perfect place. If you prefer a lot of activity at your home, entertaining friends and colleagues, this is not for you.
