Oceanfront Family Friendly Home Close to URI

Enjoy a large beachside home looking out over the Narragansett Bay towards various islands and the Newport Bridge. High ceilings and giant windows make you feel like you’re outdoors anytime of the year. Smell the fresh sea air, the sound of birds... chirping and waves lapping on the shore. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets that light up the islands and sea to the east.
URI, Newport and Providence are only a 15-20 minute drive away. Closer are cute, old New England towns like Wickford and Jamestown.

* Do not move the furniture
* Do not use the loft area. The stairs are very steep and unsafe.
* Do not cut shades/curtains in an attempt to darken the master bedroom
* Do not move the art/paintings
* Please put things back where you found them

This is an entire house rental along with garage access for one car and a parking lot that will hold three more cars.

You access the house through the front door with a coded lock.

For those who are elderly there is only a small 3 inch step to enter the house from the garage.

This is a unique experience due to an assortment of antiques. a variety of indoor plants, art on the walls and a fair amount of collectibles and tchotchkes.

This house is very much lived in (this is our family summer home) so this means that we have not emptied every drawer and closet. We have made space in some closets and some drawers are empty.
