This rental is a fully furnished King-Bedroom Suite for a single person with a private bathroom and access to the fully equipped kitchen. The Suite is on the first floor of a ranch-style home in a quiet residential neighborhood in Narragansett, 13 minutes to the Main Campus and 3 minutes to the Bay Campus. You will have a private entrance and a driveway parking spot closest to your front door. The private Suite is 225 square feet in size and has a private bathroom, refrigerator, recliner chair, loveseat/couch, shelves for food, closet, bureau, and desk/table. The additional living areas, including the kitchen and the main living room, are about 500 sqft. The laundry downstairs is pay-per-load. The property manager lives in a separate area of the house and has access to the kitchen from the rear of the house. Available Sept 2026 through May 2027.
