This unit is for one person! Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood yet within walking distance of many conveniences: pharmacies, fresh food markets, a bank, gas stations, a salon, pubs, restaurants, tennis and pickleball courts, the Beach, and... access to the Narrow River for fantastic kayaking.
This rental is a fully furnished King-Bedroom Suite with a private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The Suite is on the first floor of a ranch-style home in a quiet residential neighborhood in Narragansett, 13 minutes to the Main Campus and 3 minutes to the Bay Campus. You will have a private entrance and a designated driveway parking spot closest to your front door.
The private Suite is 225 square feet and has a private bathroom, private refrigerator, recliner chair, loveseat/couch, shelves for food, closet, bureau, and desk/table. The additional living areas that are only shared with me include the kitchen and main living room, about 500 sq ft. The laundry downstairs is pay-per-load.
