Quiet and spacious (2) bedroom house now available for the 2026 - 2027 academic year!

Ideally, we'd like to rent to Graduate or PHD students. Rent includes Wifi, Trash and Water. Gas and Electric is not included and part of rental agreement.

This... is a split-level house with (2) full bathrooms and plenty of room for privacy.

This location is really between two campuses! Between both Kingston Campus and Bay Campus and right off the highways. Nice spacious residence with large, private back yard and deck for relaxing or playing cornhole. Basketball court and docks on the Narrow River nearby for more outdoor escapes while studying for your classes!

Furnishings include kitchen table and chairs, couches, BIG television in the living room, kitchen utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster, etc... outdoor table and chairs seasonal and a BBQ grill.

Not included: mattress (full and queen frames available, just bring your own mattress), bring your own linens, towels, toiletries.

This neighborhood is very cool and has new businesses you can walk to opening up all the time. See below:

• NYC Bagel, Coffee Guy, Fuel Coffee Bar, Coffee N’Bagel and Dunkin’ - so many coffee options!
• Roch’s Fresh Foods, Walgreens and CVS
