Cottage is located 1 mile from East Matunuck state beach, 0.5 miles from Matunuck Oyster Bar and Salt Marsh Pub.
House is part of a very quiet condo complex (7... detached houses), and condo rules/regulations must be followed by tenant(s) and are strongly enforced. Maximum 2 occupants allowed. No smoking, no firepits, no parties, no pets or animals of any kind allowed. Failure to comply will result in eviction from house with non-refunded security deposit.
House includes: 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, outdoor shower, full kitchen, fully furnished. There is no dishwasher or washer/dryer. There are local laundry mats not far from the cottage.
