Charming modern cottage near Roger Wheeler

This charming cottage has a new bathroom with a fairly new kitchen with quartz countertops.All furniture is new as of this summer and most appliances are brand new. Cute yard very close to the beach.
Nice quiet family neighborhood.
I wish to have... mature students who will take good care of my cottage.
Propane is used to heat the water only.Students pay for the propane.
The heat is electric heat.
Parking is on the white stones in front of the house.
There are two decks which were just painted recently.Gas grill is not included.Garage is not available.
Trash fees are paid by the tenants.
Three bedrooms upstairs. One is unheated.
Original hardwood floors.
