$1100 per occupant per month includes ALL expenses even HEAT! Waterfront on The Narrow River with a private beach. Bring your kayak. Less than a mile to the Bay Campus and seven miles to Kingston.

Specious home available from January thru May... although; we do have the option of continuing into June. Our great room is 14 x 28. Three generous size bedrooms, two of which have double closets and built-in drawers. A full bath on the second floor. On the first floor, we have a half bath and a laundry room with a shower. This allows for one can use the bathroom while one showers. We have a screen and jalousie porch that is great for seasonal use. Enjoy our double lot which gives you plenty of room to stretch out. We allow you to bring kayaks to use at your own risk. We keep an extra closet for over- flow like suitcases or fishing gear. This home is fully furnished and stocked with all kitchen items and so forth. Our bedrooms have queen size beds. I am one of the few all -inclusive rentals (except streaming) with no surprises. You always know that $1100. per person share of monthly rent is it. $3300. in total. Unlike many local rentals, you always know what you pay per month with us. Welcome students, graduate students and faculty.
