She grew up in Fall River and attended Bishop Connolly High School and the University of Mass-Dartmouth. In 1991 she moved to New York City and got a job with one of the biggest financial services companies in the world, currently called Thomson Reuters. Throughout her 13 years of working for this company she became Vice President of Customer Service, Client Training, Quality Assurance and Product Roll-out. She managed teams in New York, London, Hong Kong and Tokyo. In 2005 she moved back to RI and in 2009 started her real estate career. Transitioning to real estate was quite easy. Many of the very important skills needed to do her job in New York were required to be a good Realtor. In both jobs, her clients were spending a lot of money on a product, needed to be trained on the product, needed to be kept up to date with the market, expected someone to be there when they had questions and wanted someone to be there to help solve any problems that may come up. This is what she does and does well. She’s also found that there are many other qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how she works. She prides herself on providing the very best service and always putting her clients first. This means keeping herself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to their needs. This "client first" philosophy has always been her approach and it requires her to continually improve her skills and ways of doing business. She is also found that the latest technologies are enabling her to do everything she's always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped her to extend the range of services she provides to her clients. And lastly, she loves and understands our community and the people who live here. This is probably the number one reason why she does what she does and why she loves her job! So, when you decide that you'd like to buy, sell or invest in real estate, please contact her.
