Washer, dryer, dishwasher, TV, fridge, microwave included. Fully furnished. 1 bathroom with shower/bathtub. Extra storage in the basement. A lot of storage in the living room and office. Electric stove and oven. Plenty of windows for natural sunlight.
Does not include AC (typically not an issue as this is a semester rental and there are ceiling fans).
Utilities that tenants must pay for include oil (for heat and hot water), internet, and electricity.
Rent is $1700, but $850 when split with roommate. Internet is $70, but $35 when split with roommate Electricity is typically ~$60-80, but $30-40 when split with roommate
