The top level is an open space separated by a staircase and will accommodate 2 people. The upper deck is accessed from the top level bedroom. There is on site parking for four cars. The house will be rented with basic furnishings: top level with one bed and one pull out sofa, the second level will have a dining table with seating and a couch in the living area.
