Magnolia Wind Cottage across from Matunuck Oyster Bar
Cottage is on the water directly across from the Matunuck Oyster Bar. It is a quaint, updated Summer cottage that has been winterized. There is one full bathroom with a shower. There is a main room which is a living and kitchen space which over looks... the canal.There are two bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other has a full mattress. The two rooms are connected. ( walk through) There is a dedicated parking space which must be used for parking. All utilities are included except for trash. There are dumpsters in the Village. There is no snow removal. There is no laundry on site.
