On RIPTA bus line to all points in RI, and just a 15-minute drive to Amtrak Kingston Station for northbound trips to Boston or southbound to NYC. 7 minutes to Narragansett Town Beach, 10 minutes to URI's Kingston Campus, 5 minutes to URI's Bay Campus, 20 minutes to Newport.
